USSR was a SOCIALIST STATE , which has collapsed , maybe under the strains of such policies, and it ceases to exist as of today. It has left behind a legacy of an usurped territory , taken over by corrupt and uncontrollable Political class, which has originated from the Bureaucracy and the secret services .
Otherwise, in rest of the world, FREEDOM is suppose to be unrestricted and UNCONDITIONAL.
The citizens have the freedom , whereas it is state which is DUTY bound.
How many of us realize that this point  is big KICHHADI MIXTURE where the failures of our system are rooted ?
