Sophistry is an art of arguing where the purpose of discussion is not about Finding the locus of Truth, doing the justice, exploring the morality, et al.   In Sophistry, the sole motto of involving in an argument is to win it away ,by any means, hook or crook. In ancient Greece, the distractors of Aristotle were called as Sophist. Mind it that in his times,Aristotle was not so much a revered person as he become later in history. People despised Aristotle for asking too many questions, being highly judgemental, and behaving finicky. Nobody could easily win arguments against Aristotle. Then came the Sophist people. It is not exactly known if the word Sophist came from some particular person, but now the word is used as a Collective noun. These are people whom even Aristotle had begun to avoid arguing with,for they had developed range of Arguments by which they could defeat anything and anybody at their will. 1)खड़मास की वजह से छत्तीसगढ़ के नवनिर्वाचित भाजपा के मुख्यमंत्री राघुवर दास ने शपथ ग्रहण को टाल दिया था।(स्रोत: समाचार पत्र टाइम्स ऑफ़ इंडिया) 2) मानव संसाधन राज्यमंत्री श्रीमती स्मृति इरानी ने अपने निजी ज्योतिष के साथ 4लम्बे घंटे व्यतीत किये। 3)भाजपा में कूट-वैज्ञानिक आचरण ( pseudo-scientific) , वह जो वैज्ञानिक होने का छलावा करता हो) होने के आरोप पर भाजपा समर्थकों ने आम आदमी पार्टी के शीर्ष अरविन्द केजरीवाल की इस्लामी और सूफी मजारों पर चादर चडाने वाली पिक्चरें प्रकाशित करी, शायद यह जताने के लिए की केजरीवाल "sickular" हैं। 4)  आरंभ के दो बिन्दों को तीसरे बिंदु से जोड़ने पर निष्कर्ष यही निकलता है की भाजपा समर्थकों में 'ईश्वरियता' और 'अंध-विश्वासों में मान्यता' के मध्य भेद कर सकने की योग्यता आज भी विक्सित नहीं है। और इसके प्रमाण-लक्षणों में निम्न तीन बिंदु हैं: 5) पाखंडी आसाराम बापू, बाबा रामपाल के अधिकाँश पालक भाजपा के भी समर्थक हैं ,और इन्हें लगता है की भाजपा ही इन "संतों" को पुलिस से बचा कर "हिंदुत्व" की रक्षा कर सकती है। 6) बॉली

ऐसा नहीं था की आज़ादी से पहले दिवंगत महापुरुषों की उपलब्धियों को नकार देना का इरादा था, मगर फिर समझदारी इसी में थी की दिवंगत लोगों को भारत रत्न दे कर असुविधाओं का पिटारा नहीं खोलना चाहिए था।    नोबेल शांति पुरूस्कार में भी मरणोपरांत यह पुरुस्कार नहीं दिए जाने की प्रथा इसी कारण से हैं। खुद ही सोचिये, यदि आप मरणोपरांत लोगों को भी कोई सर्वोच्च पदक देना चाहेंगे, तो क्या रानी लक्ष्मी बाई, तांत्या टोपे, टीपू सुलतान, सम्राट अकबर और उससे भी पूर्व सम्राट अशोक इस पदक के हक़दार नहीं थे ??    पंडित मदन मोहन मालवीय जी का निधन ही आज़ादी से पूर्व हो चूका था। जब भारत रत्न पदक की स्थापना भी नहीं हुई थी,मालवीय जी अपनी उपलब्धियों को दर्ज करके जा चुके थे। अब ऐसे में भाजपा को यह राजनैतिक कशमकश मचाने की क्या आवश्यकता थी कि मरणोपरांत के भी अति श्रेणी में जा कर, स्वतंत्रता पूर्व ही दिवंगत हो चुके महापुरुषों को भी यह पदक प्रदान करवाए।    किसी भी समाज सेवी श्रेणी का पदक का उत्तराधिकारी चुनना वैसे भी बहुत ही व्यक्ति-निष्ठ काम है जिसमे की जन संतुष्ठी कम,और मत-विभाजन अधिक होता है। जहाँ मत विभाजन है ,वहां "र

The culture of Indians is of a low intelligence group, where people hold more opinions than their population. Indians, being intellectually insufficient, are not able to derive justices on issues. Therefore, they invariably always fail to make decision by logic and reason.Eventually, they resort to Populism (decision making by a populist vote) as the only method of delivering the justice.
