looks like the Indians have been tricked by the cunning politicians once more. Although the media is presently projecting this news as a victory of the common man, when i read the views of the rights groups on this issue, i figure out that the cunning politicians have stolen away a victory by taking an allowance through the Court process to have those people who are already Chargesheeted to contest the elections, even upto those who have been convicted "although less than 2 years". If someone can apply the mind, after reading the views of the rights groups, the government has tricked away the entire population of india by stealing away this allowance. instead of working down to improve the Police Investigation, the forensics and the Judicial system of India, the Government has managed to use that as an excuse to make a small win of today by taking victory in having convicted people to contest the elections !!!       ऐसा लगता है की मानो भारतीय सभ्यता में कोई मनोरोग कई सदियों, कई पीढ़ियों से घर कर चुका है । हमारी भाषा , हमारे विचार या तो अतीत में फँस जाने की बीमारी से ग्रस्त है, या पुनरावृत-कथनी से । नहीं तो कुतर्क से, तर्क के विरूपण से । सत्य , स्पष्ट , और संतुलित विचार तो कर सकना जैसे की भारतीय नसल में एक असंभव योग है । बचपन से ही "स्मार्ट" बनने की चाहत में हम अपने बच्चों को अंसतुलित विचार की मानसिक क्रिया का आदि बना देते है । बचपन से ही हम इस तर्क मरोरण में अभ्यस्त होते हैं , और स्पष्ट विचार कहने में और सुनने में सनकोचते है ।     संसद में चल रही बहस को सुन कर मन में बहोत सारे विचार आते हैं। मुख्यतः खुद भारतीय होने की ग्लानी लगती है । आधे से ज्यादा वाचक तो उसी एक बात, एक विचार की पुनरावृत-कथनी करते सुनाई देते है । तकनिकी बिंदु तो शायद एक भी नहीं होता है । कैसे बनेंगी कार्य-पालक नीतिया इस देश में , सभी तो मानो सत्संगी विचारों में ही बात कर रहे होते है । इन विचारों को को क्रिया में बदल सकने के विचार तो जैसे किसी में हैं ही नहीं । सब के सब आ कर अपने "सत्संग" सुना जाते ...

टीम अन्ना के विघटन के बाद राजनीति में आने में कई लोगो को दिक्कत है / मगर राजनीति में आने में ऐसी क्या दिक्कत हो सकती है ? तमाम वजहों में एक वजह यह है की राजनीति शब्द की सामाजिक छवि ही गन्दी है / साधारणतः "राजनीति" शब्द को एक पाठशाला का विषय  के रूप में समझा जाना चाहिए , जिसमें लोक-प्रशाशन से सम्बंधित नीतियों का निर्माण होता है/ आधुनिक , 'प्रजा-तांत्रिक' लोक-नीतियों में यह एक बहोत ही जटिल विषय होता जिसमे की बहुत उच्च बौधिक क्षमता के व्यक्तियों को आना चाहिए था/ मगर शाशन और सत्ता से मुग्धा 'ज़मींदारी' मानसिकता के 'दबंग ' और 'बाहुबली" लोगों ने इस क्षेत्र में कब्ज़ा कर लिया है / नतीजतन,  इसलिए अब आम- जनता की समझ में "राजनीती'  का मतलब "यथार्त राजनीति" (Realpolitik ) (अर्थात " तुरंत-लाभ व आत्म-लोभ की युक्ति " )होता है / "यथार्त राजनीति " में कोई भी मूल्यों व आदर्शों का पालन नहीं किया जाता / इसमें मकसद केवल सत्ता प्राप्त करने का होता है , 'प्रजातंत्र" को  "ज़मींदारी (सामंत वादी ) शाषन प्रडाली ...

                 Television debates are nowadays often running away into low-intelligence whenever any issue of a generalized public perception is coming up. The debating factions globule into two bigger chunks , one trying to assert why the generalized perception of the issue has to be taken based on that one single incident,; and the other big globule trying to protest the generalization of the observation that all people belonging to the group are not like that.   The philosophical knowledge which I feel has remained elusive with both the factions is about the human need for a Generalistion. Neither of the two factions honour  and identify generalization as a human need, to take up the rules for a valid generalization and then respond to each other as to what perception should be finally held valid by the viewers. The axiom of "Boss is right" is not just personally repulsive, it is also an anti-nation-hood belief in a Democractic society. You see, when the criteria of right-ness shifts away from the ethics of it being right, to the position of the speaker, the justice gets fouled. Thus, what is right and what is wrong is no more objectively decided, but by the influence of who is speaking, how many people support him. Thus if a political party leader takes a stand on an issue , differing from the stand of another political party leader , the eventual idea prevailing and governing the life and destiny of the entire social group, the nation, is no more the justice thing, but the count of fellow-ship of each of the two leaders, whose each fellow-man has been brought up and cultured with the idea of 'Boss is always right'. I guess the biggest blunder in the understanding of democracy is that we (Indians) believe that power to vote is the biggest and single checkpoint to evidence the fact of Democracy in the world. 60 years on in our experience with our style of Democracy,  we are, in truth, at a point of time in history to tell the world to repairs this concept.
