The Arguments within

 In the Education System, we are spending more energy in teaching the history around the development of the Constitution, which unfortunately doesn't bear any lessons or perspective to reveal to the learners the foundation of those legal principles which are enshrined within the Constitution. Thus, we are not spending a single dime of efforts to ensure the robust implementation of the Constitution by our generations. Instead we are spending energy to teach those topics and events of our History which can , at best, be used to Itch the old wounds and make them worse. I am firmly of the opinions that secondary school level teaching must bring certain changes in the curriculum of  History and Civics, and start teaching about the foundation /history behind the Legal Principles by which the high ideals of the Constitution can be implemented by the students by practising the values in their day today lives.  *Fake News और Fact Check में भी जालसाज़ी की strategy !*  आजकल IT Cell वालों की एक startegy यह भी है कि खुद ही झूठ फैला कर फिर उसका fact check करके "भंडाफोड़" कर लो, जिससे कि खुद सत्यवान साबित हो जाओ !! अर्रे, कभी कभी तो एक स्ट्रेटेजी के तहत ऐसा भी करते हैं कि झूठ फैलाते हैं और फिर ख़ुद ही उसे fact check में पकड़वा  करके fact check में ही नया झूठ फैला देते हैं ! यानी fact chcek में ही झूठ फैला दिया, जिससे लोग और ज्यादा विश्वास के साथ झूठ पर विश्वास कर बैठें !! 😁😁 गज़ब चालाक लोग है

  कानून और धर्म में संबंध नही है। जो की विचित्र बात है। कानून का संबंध roman canons से है, धर्म (dharmic faith) से नही है। ये वो बड़ी बात है जो की आधे से ज़्यादा भारतीयों की बुद्धि में घुस नही रही है ! कानून शब्द का आगमन तुर्की भाषा में से होता है, और यह समाज में सही और ग़लत की मर्यादाओं को प्रतिबिम्बित करता है। मगर कौन से समाज ? रोमन प्रथाओं वाला समाज। भारत में जाहिर है कि कानून अपनी मूल रचना में नही मिल सकता था उसके स्थान पर भारत में धार्मिक मर्यादाये थी। जो कुछ भी रोमन विचारधाराओं से प्रभावित समाज में सही और ग़लत हुआ करते थे, उनमे से ग़लत को घटने से रोकने के लिए समाज में canons आये। वही तुर्की भाषा में कानून कहलाये । एक अन्य मिलता जुलता शब्द cannon का अर्थ होता है तोप से। कृपया confuse मत होइएगा। रोमन समाज बाद में ईसाई धर्म के अन्तर्गत चले गये। इसलिये हम केह सकते हैं कि ज्यादातर कानून ईसाई धर्म के स्थापित मानक वाले सही और ग़लत में से निकलते हैं। कहने का मतलब है कि उनका संबंध भारत की धार्मिक मर्यादाओं से नही है। शायद अब हम समझ सके कि भारत में कानून का पालन कमज़ोर क्यों होता है ?
