* शोषण करने की विद्या* भेदभाव की व्यवस्था की नींव किसी न किसी तथाकथित अच्छे से दिखने वाले कारणों से ही करि जाती है। भेदभाव के कई प्रकार है। जातिगत, या vvip गत, श्रमिक-मालिक सबंन्ध , इत्यादि। मगर उन सभी का उदगम एक जैसा ही होता है। और उन सभी का सार भी एक ही है - आर्थिक आर श्रमिक शोषण। शोषण - जातीय शोषण, श्रमिक शोषण। और फौजों में ,नौकरियो में , कार्यालयों में होने वाला यह आचरण ही भेदभाव के उद्गम का वह मूल स्थान है। फौजो और कार्यालयों में शोषण के विरोध को अक्सर discipline के चोंगे कंबल में लपेट कर दबा दिया जाता है। सरकारी कार्यालयों में नियमों को बेहद पेंचीदा और दो-मुखी निर्मित करवाया जाता है ताकि कोई भेदभाव का विरोधी न्याय की मांग में जीत न पाए। नियमों को एक गुत्थी में तब्दील होने दिया जाता है -- समय अंतराल में एकत्रित कर करके, पुराने नियमों को मिटाए बिना, ताकि वह बेहद विस्तृत बन कर पेंचीदा बन जाये, और मुश्किल गुत्थी का स्वरूप ले कर आसानी से किसी को समझ मे नही आएं। साथ ही वह दो-मुखी भी बन जाते है जिससे कि यह उच्च पदस्थ अधिकारी की मनमर्ज़ी हो जाये कि वह तय करे कब कौन सा नियम लागू
