The culture of Indians is of a low intelligence group, where people hold more opinions than their population. Indians, being intellectually insufficient, are not able to derive justices on issues. Therefore, they invariably always fail to make decision by logic and reason.Eventually, they resort to Populism (decision making by a populist vote) as the only method of delivering the justice. Resorting to populism: when logic and reason has failed. This behavior is analogical to : Some people say A has committed crime. Others say that he has not. "So let's decide by voting whether A has committed crimes ir not." !!!!! Instead of calling for scientific investigation, forensics etc , we Indian have the method of, first, creating a confusion scenario around a point. And then looking to untangle the confusion by calling for Vote. Perhaps, to this we may even mis-apply another fundamental tenet of "innocent until proven guilty" to help the criminal escape from clutch...

Handling a Confidential Report: A confidential report (of CR) regarding an employee is violative of the Principle of natural justice in that it does not give the party being reported of a fair chance to produce his side of the story. Principles of natural Justice require that both the parties involved in a dispute be given equal chance to represent themselves before a  justice is reached. However , the CR becomes inevitable when the person being reported of is not likely to yield a sporting, a healthy hearing to his report. Why is there so much debate happening on the social media? Assumption is one basic method of handling the uncertainty. Ideally, person should be working along the Facts. But the truth of human existence is in the limitations of having all the Facts of this world at his disposal. Indeed, we all are composed of two sub-types - Facts and the Beliefs.     Fallacies pertaining to Linguistics and Philosophy have very frequently and deeply permeated the criticism work on Education system in India. When our faulted critic talks of freedom in education system, he mistakes away the freedom with "freedom to not to study". Although Right to Education is a highly criticized article of the UN Decl of Human Rights, but such a criticism on this article of UNDHR cannot be brought into relevance and play when the Criticism of Education system itself is the issue. Obviously because the criticism of Education System cannot logically amount to mean that people should not be forced to undergo a schooling; the criticism has to restrain itself only to highlight what is not right with the present education system.       This aspect of logic has a been a very significant cause of problem with the Critics, such as Shri Anupam Kher, when they worked in movies such as "Paathshala" and "F.A.L.T.U", or even "3 Idiots"....
