Germany has won the world cup. Possibly not relevant to this victory but I am reminded of how the German economy has been the only sustaining economy in the EU in the past few years. Germany has been a target of the US Espionage , as revealed by whistle blower Snowden-for reasons I still like to guess.     Germany has been a great performer in football for quite sometime although victory kept eluding them by acts of fate, not because of lacking efforts. Kahnu Kahn their goalkeeper has not vanished from my memory who played in the WC two editions ago.   Michael Schumacher, the F1 champion made his fans cry when he met with an accident while skiing. And his recovery from a longest medically induced coma was  a greater and more emphatic victory than all his F1s.     यदि आप के विचार ऐसे हैं कि उनको सिर्फ गोपनियत में किन्हीं चुनिंदा लोगों के सामने ही प्रस्तुत किया जा सकता है, या कि आप के विचारों में से जन-कल्याण(Public Interest) के विपरीत के कर्म प्रवाहित होते हैं - तब फेसबुक औए ट्विटर जैसे सामाजिक विचार मीडिया आपके लिए उपयुक्त स्थल नहीं हैं।         सामाजिकता का प्रथम सूत्र न्याय है। जो सही होगा, जो उपयुक्त होगा उसको ही सब लोग स्वीकार करेंगे, और जो सही नहीं होगा उसको बहिष्कार करेंगे। मगर समाज में यह कहीं भी तय नहीं होता है की क्या-क्या सही माना जायेगा और क्या-क्या गलत माना जायेगा। समाज में जो तय है वह यह है कि सही और गलत का न्याय सभी लोग मिल कर करेंगे। यानी की न्यायायिक प्रक्रिया तय हो जाती है कि जन-सुनवाई का प्रयोग होगा। जन-सुनवाई(Public hearing) न्यायायिक प्रक्रिया का सर्वोच्च सूत्र है।         अन्तराष्ट्रीय कानूनों और मानवाधिकारों में जन सुनवाई का कई बार उल्लेख है। न्यायालयों का दरवाजा खुला रखने के पीछे की मंशा यही से ही निकलती है कि कोई भी व्यक्ति कभी भी अन्दर आ कर प्रमाण परीक्षण क्रिया क...
