The origins of the Uniform Uniforms originated , not from the defense forces or any other type of the force unit of the people . It started from the professionals , back in Europe . Professionals are those people who earned their living by giving service-good to the people , such as the work in carpentry, the iron smith, hides men, mason, the tailors, and so on. These people used to wear a kind of dress so to advertise that they were sellers of certain kinds of  commodity or good  ,in the form of specialised  skill . It is better understood as  service-good . Earlier , the formation of military forces was not regular . The farmers and their young sons were forcefully   taken up by the local Feudal Lords and just given some weapons and sent away to fields to fight, without being given any training. Ideally , Democracy is meant to be represented by the class of Professionals as these  The system of Democracy is founded on this kind of people. Unless we open our minds ,unless we don't wake up and realize the truthful mechanism of a Democracy, we are destined to be ruled and subjugated by the parasite class , tax-eating people called the POLITICIANS and the BUREAUCRACY. There is something about safety which I have learnt after so many years of seafaring . That , the very concept of safety by its nature is pitched against the business profits. Look at all the safety items you see around yourself on the Merchant ships. The lifeboats, the liferafts, the EPIRBS, the SARTs, ...you name it, everything. Have you ever considered the worth of these items from the point of view of a finance manager? If you ever do, you will notice that all of these items are a waste of money, a reduction in the profits of the business. The challenge of all the argument that come to promote the cause of Safety is that they deal in the imaginary and unseen, unheard events for the finance manager and other non-seagoing people. So it is always difficult to argue out how something is important, particularly when the argument have to contest their battle against the business profits by using scenarios which they may have hardly experienced from the comforts of their offices

तो जब private sector से लोगों को सरकारी क्षेत्र में सीधे सयुंक्त सचिव लिया जाने लगा है तो हमारे देश के नौकरशाह associations की माँगे हैं की IAS को भी sabbatical जैसी अवकाश की राहत दो कि निजी क्षेत्र में कुछ वर्ष कार्य के वापस IAS में join कर ले ! यानी सरकारी ज़मीदार साहेब लोगों को अपने पद के profits भुनाने के और अवसर दिये जाएं ! सरकारी सेवा अब सामाजिक हितों के किये त्याग नही, बाकायदा भोगवादी निजी मुनाफे का धंधा है ! आलम यूँ है कि हमारा प्रजातंत्र चूंकि हमारे विशिष्ट ब्रिटिश राज उपनिवेश तथ्यों की वजहों से उल्टे विधि पैदा हुआ है, इसलिए हमारे नौकरशाहों की खोपड़ी भी उल्टी ही है। उनके अनुसार प्रजातंत्र का वरदान सिर्फ IAS/IPS लोग है, न कि देश का आम आदमी जो समाज की दैनिक ज़रूरते पूरा करते हुए अपना व्यवसाय करता है ! कहने का मतलब है कि राजगीर मिस्त्री, बढ़ई, वेल्डर, लोहार , ग्वाल , किसान, चमड़े के कारीगर, motor गाड़ी के चालक, हवाई pilot ,समुद्री नाविक इत्यादि से कोई प्रजातंत्र नही बनाते है।इसको प्रजा तंत्र वरदान की क्या  ज़रूरत।  और प्रजातंत्र तो बनता है सिर्फ IAS या IPS लोगों से । अरे

पिछड़ा और दलित वर्ग के चिंतकों की आलोचना अभी ज़ारी रखनी होगी। यह Social Justice Lobbyists , इनके मीडिया घराने और पत्रकारों की समस्या शायद यह है की कई सारे लोग "IAS की तैयारी" वाली बीमारी से होते हुए इन पेशों में आये हैं और उस बीमारी से अभी तक उभर नही सके हैं। इसलिए उनके मूल्यांकन में मोदी सरकार ने अभी जो नौ निज़ी क्षेत्र के कर्मियों को सीधा संयुक्त सचिव पद पर लिया है, यह समस्या इसलिए है कि इसमे आरक्षण नही है। या कि यदि प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय से IAS अधिकारी "पलायन" कर रहे है तो समस्या है की नौ निज़ी क्षेत्र कर्मियों को सीधे उस पदस्थान पर ले लिया है जहां ias को पहुंचने में 17 वर्ष लगते हैं। असल में आरक्षण नीति का एक प्रकोप हमारे समाज पर यह पड़ा है कि पिछड़ा और दलित वर्ग के लोग आरक्षण का लाभ उठाने के चक्कर में IAS की तैयारी में लग गये हैं और यह आर्थिक सामाजिक चक्र की जरूरतों के अनुसार एक बीमारी है, प्रगति का मार्ग नहीं। और फिर जो लोग IAS की 'कठिन परीक्षा" को भेद नही सके हैं वह आजीवन उससे मंत्रमुग्ध पड़े 'बीमारी' का प्रसार करते रहते हैं, उस सेवा का बचाव करत

संविधान को बदलने के विचार कई सारे नेता बोल रहे हैं, और इस बिंदु पर भी राजनीति गरम होने लगी है। ऐसे में आवश्यक हो चला है की कुछ स्पष्टीकरण हो जाये की क्या-क्या बिंदु स्वीकृत हैं, और क्या-क्या नहीं। सर्वप्रथम तो यह जानना ज़रूरी है कि भारत के संविधान का बहोत बड़ा गुण है ही यह की इसे समय की ज़रूरतों के अनुसार बदलाव किया जा सकता है। Amendability. तो इसमे तो कोई विरोध नही किया जाना चाहिए की बदलाव की चाहत एक जायज़ मांग है खुद संविधान की मंशा के नज़र से भी। अब कुछ इतिहासिक ज्ञान। कि, संविधान के स्वरूप से पूर्ण रूप से संतुष्ट तो खुद बाबा साहेब भी नही थे। उनको भी आभास था की संविधान से कई सारे असंतुष्ट वर्गों की जायज़ मांगो को पूर्ण नही कर सके थे। उन्होंने भी आशा जताई थी की भविष्य में शायद उनके संविधान की amendability के गुण के सहारे कभी कोई ऐसा ढांचा तलाश कर लिया जायेगा जिसमे सभो वर्गों की जायज़ मांगो को शायद संतुष्ट किया जा सके।  तो यहां बदलाव में जो स्वीकृत किया जा सकता है वह यह की  देश की जनता ने आपसी संकल्प के कुछ मूल्यों को इन सत्तर सालों में इस तरह अपना लिया है की अब शायद उन्हें बदलने को तैय

You like it or not, Idealism is the key way to understand how the nature operates. You may dislike Newton, you may condemn his theories, but then that is not going to make changes to how the Nature will work. And without Newton's work, you will be left with no other linear understanding of the forces of natures. You will never be able to control those forces, never be able to travel the distances of the civilizational progress. All the lessons of the pure sciences keep reminding to us the purposes of the Idealism.  Idealism is to the Political Science debates, what the Pure Science are to the Laws of Nature .

Indian Evidence Act अपने कुछ अनुच्छेद में Expert Witness की बात करता है। मगर यह कानून कहीं पर भी Expert Witness की मापक परिभाषा, quantified definition, नही देता है। तो यानी , जिक्र तो करता है, मगर परिभाषित नही करता है की किस मापदंड से तय होगा की किस विषय में expert witness किसे माना जाएगा। यहाँ पर 'कोर्ट' (यानी की जज महोदय) स्वतंत्र हो जाते है कि वह किसी भी अमुक व्यक्ति के विवरणी यानी CV के अनुसार उसे Expert Witness का ओहदा दे कर court का निर्णय कर दें उसके दिये गए ज्ञान के मद्देनज़र । सोचने वाली बात है की जब कानून खुद ही expert witness की मापन परिभाषा नही देता है तो आम व्यक्ति को इसका क्या अभिप्राय समझना चाहिए - कि, वह अपने आप को ज्यादा होनहार, ज्यादा Ultracrepidarian बनने से बचना चाहिए, या कि जब कोई मापन परिभाषा है ही नही तो फिर प्रत्येक व्यक्ति को स्वतंत्रता है वह विषयों में अभिरुचि लेकर स्वयं को Expert Witness के लिए उपयुक्त सिद्ध कर सके। मेरी स्मृति में इस विषय पर एक अंग्रेज़ी फिल्म My Cousin Vinny अक्सर आती रहती है। फिल्म में एक वकील किसी एक आपराधिक मामले में अपनी

कल्पना करिए कि आप एक Marketing Professional हैं और आपको ज़हर बेचने का कार्य पूरा करना है। अब आपके सामने चैलेंज होगा कि दुनिया को कैसे संतुष्ट करें कि आपका उत्पाद, यानी वो ज़हर , उसके लिए बढ़िया है ? राबड़ी देवी या उनके किसी समर्थक के चलाये twitter handle की पोस्ट से एक युक्ति सुझाई पड़ती है ज़हर बेचने वाले काम को साधने की। यह तो समझी हुई बात है कि ज़हर को सीधा बेचा जा सकना एक नामुमकिन काम हो सकता है। तो फिर दूसरा तरीका है कि आप किसी बड़े और विपक्षी उत्पाद को ज़हर कहकर उसका दुष्प्रचार करना शुरू करो। दुनिया वाले इस वाक-विवाद में फंस जाएंगे और कम से कम कुछ एक "समझदार" बुद्धिजीवी यह बोल देंगे कि आपके बेचे जाने वाले उत्पाद को भला-बुरा कहने से पहले उसे एक बार परीक्षण के नाम पर प्रयोग करके स्वयं चेतना बनानी चाहिए।  तो आपकी इस चालंकि से देश के बुद्धिजीवी ही अनजाने में आपके ज़हर के प्रचारक बन जाएंगे!!! और इस तरह आपका 'ज़हर ' एक बार तो बिक जायेग। अब अगर दुबारा बेचना हो तो फिर आप क्या करेंगे? इसके लिए आपको दुबारा से कोई युक्ति ढूढ़नी पड़ेगी। शायद अब आप यह कहकर दुनिया को संतुष्ट कर

चुनाव आयोग को अपने आप में दूध का धुला न समझें।।यह गुप्त तरीके से देश की नौकरशाही के निजी हितों के प्रतिनिधितव करती संस्थान है। याद रखें की निर्वाचन आयोग को हमेशा से सिर्फ नौकरशाह ही चलाते आये हैं, और पूरी तरह सिर्फ वही लोग नियंत्रण करते हैं। नौकरशाही इस देश में सबसे लाभकारी "profession" है। इसमे टैक्स दाता के पैसे पर भोग करती सुरक्षित आय है। जो की प्रतिवर्ष वृद्धि में आती है। इस 'पेशे' में नौकरी की सुरक्षा सबसे अधिक है। चाहे सैंकड़ो लोगों की जान खत्म कर देने वाले कर्म कर लो, कोई आंच नही आने वाले है। क्योंकि जांच भी तो 'जात-भाई' यानी पुलिस ही करती है। या कोई और तीसरे retired जमात के नौकरशाह। और इन सब से अलावा रिश्वतखोरी की आय अलग से है। तो इस देश के संविधान निर्माताओं की अक्ल की कमी का फल तो देश की वर्तमान पीढ़ी को भोगना ही पड़ेगा।  निर्वाचन आयोग चुपके से नौकरशाही के हितों का रक्षक भी समझा जाना चाहिए। वह कतई नही चाहेगा की देश की जनता में सुधारों की कोई ऐसी राह और नेतृत्व आए जो की कुछ ऐसा कुछ भी करे जिससे नौकरशाही के हित बिखरने लगें। वह evm और vvpat से मिलान मे
