BJP's act of middleman -business . BJP is propagting among the populace the transfer of Haryana IAS Mr Ashoka Khemka to the centre as a response at anti-Corruption measures by them. But  people need to question back to BJP if this publicity can this ever be a substitue for their desire and intention to NOT to proceed against Robert Vadra and his syndicate? Before this, the BJP also transferred Ms Sunita kejriwal, w/o Arvind , to MCD which was resisted by their own party, while they being the elected rulers of MCD are being accused of massive corruption. What effectively is the BJP achieving by promoting the cause of the honest and high-integrity people, while intending not to proceed against the high and mighty political level corruption? Discreetly, it can serve two purposes. Regarding 'Intentions' and 'hopes' -how long are we going to keep these intricate aspects of a judicious behaviour as *uninformed choices*?     Can we not apply ourselves, our reasoning ability to read the signs , to make calculated anticipations of what is about to come? Political Hopes are often like Mirage in a desert- can make us, the 'hopeful' citizens run fruitlessly unless we drop dead or giveup altogether. This same truth goes with the overt (as against the hidden) Intentions of the politicians. It happens more frequently than not, that hopes sold out to citizen are meant to exhaust out his energies and beliefs of seeing a truly good, prospering nation before him.    Political Hopes activate the Emotional self, obvious to say, they switch off our minds. How long are we going to justify our wrong political choices on the argument of "lets hope this time..." ?

We might require a comprehensive theory on what should be "aam" (simpli-cised, general) and what should be "khaas" (special). After all, this too is a Dystopian behaviour where sweets will value the same price as the vegetables . Excessive equality is as much inferior on the intellectual test, as is the vast inequality.      Inequality is the secret driving engine of nature. Something like the Gravity gradient, which causes the potential energy be created and stored away. Or the voltage difference which causes the electricity to flow.       परिवार-वाद में गलत क्या है ? इस प्रश्न की एक पुनः समीक्षा पर यह बोध भी प्राप्त होता है की परिवार-वाद योग्यता को अपने आधीन करने में लिप्त रहता है / परिवार में से आये "राज कुमार " अपनी योग्यताओं की सीमाओं की अपने अंतर-मन में भली भाति जानते है / इसलिए वह अपने आस-पास मौजूद योग्य व्यक्तियों का दमन करने की बजाये उन्हें अपना सहयोगी (या "गुलाम") बनाने की रणनीति रखते हैं / येह सहयोगी उन्हें सीमाओं के बहार उठा कर रखने में उपयोगी होते है /       वैसे आपसी-सहयोग किसी भी अच्छे नेतृत्व का आधार स्तंभ भी होता है / इसलिए यह भ्रम हो सकता है की 'परिवार-वादी सहयोग' और 'आदर्श-नेतृत्व सहयोग' में क्या भेद होगा , या क्या अंतर होगा ? यह कैसे कह सकते हैं की 'परिवार-वादी सहयोग' किसी की पराधीनता के समान है ?      इस भ्रम का निवारण यह है की 'परिवार-वादी सहयोगी' एक आदर्श योग्यता से प्राप्त उन नीतियों और न्यायों को पालन नहीं करते जो उनके परिवार को अगला शासक, (= नेतृत्व ) बनाने में बांधा दे सकते है / तो परिवार-वाद के संरक्षण में एक ऐसी व्यवस्था का निर्माण ...

" स्ट्रा-मैन आर्ग्युमेंट "  अंग्रेजी में उस श्रेणी के तर्कों का कहा जाता है जिसमे प्रतिस्पर्धी एक साजिश के तहत अपने विरोधी के तर्कों को सही उत्तर न दे सकने की परिथिति में एक अन-उपयोगी या किसी कमज़ोर तर्क को उसका "असली' तर्क बतला कर उनका सटीक उत्तर दे देता है/ जो लोग इस वाद-विवाद को सही और लगातार नहीं देख रहे होते है उनको लगता है की भई विरोधी के तर्क का एक सही-सही जवाब तो दिया ही है , अब विरोधी  इनको क्यों  परेशान कर रहा है / "स्ट्रा-मैन" का अर्थ होता है फाँस का बना मानव , जिसको अक्सर खेतों में लगाया जाता है  चिड़ियों की भगाने के लिए /  कुछ तीव्र बुद्धि लोग अगर उसकी इस चलंकी को पकड़ भी लेते है , "की आपने जवाब तो उस प्रश्न का दिया ही नहीं जो आपसे पुछा गया था ", तब भी वह प्रतिस्पर्धी एक मत-विभाजन करने में कामयाब तो हो ही जाता है / किसी भी राजनीतिग्य को मत-विभाजन से बेहतर और क्या चाहिए / मत-विभाजन से ही तो राजनीति आरम्भ होती है / तभी तो मत दिए जातें है, जब मत-दान होता है / 

            बहोत दिनों से विचार कर रहा था की किसी राजनेता का सम्मान क्यों होना चाहिए ?    पहले तो, की यह भी एक बहुत जटिल सूझ का विचार है कि सम्मान है क्या और किसी का सम्मान करने में क्या घुमावदार उलझी बातें है ।    सम्मान को ज्यादातर कुछ शब्दों और कुछ ख़ास संस्कारो के द्वारा दर्शाते है, जैसे बात-चीत में 'आप' का प्रयोग और चरण स्पर्श इत्यादि से । एक उलझी हुई बात यह है की ऐसा नहीं की सभी भाषाओँ में "आप" या उसके सम-तुल्य शब्द है किसी के प्रति सम्मान दर्शाने के लिए । उधारण में अंग्रेज़ी को लीजिये , जिसमे सिर्फ "यू" शब्द ही है, हर एक के लिए, चाहे बड़ा, चाहे छोटा। और सम्मान के लिए खोई ख़ास अलग शब्द नहीं है, या यूँ कहे की सभी के लिए एक समान का सम्मान है।  कुछ ऐसे ही हाल इधर भारत में भी कुछ भाष्यों में मिलता है, जैसे मुंबई की मुंबईया-हिंदी में,या हरयाणवी-हिंदी में । इसके विपरीत हिंदी (और उर्दू) में अगर "आप" सम्मान के लिए है, तो फिर "तू" या 'तुम" किस मनोभाव के लिए यह आप खुद ही सोचने के लिए आज़ाद हैं ।            ...

Generalization of an Observation is a very natural instinct of man. It is an instinctive habit perhaps because it is connected with the survival techniques out in the wilds. The moment they see the birds sitting on loft trees fly away with a pandemonium of fear, the timid animals down below immediately generalize the observation with presence of a danger which has been experienced and trained in them through hunting episodes by a lion. This is instinctive , very closely related with the need for safety by every living organism.  But a philosopher or either a crook, both, might raise an argument on the birds-flying-away event isolating it with the past experience, and ask, "how can you say that the birds flew away because there is a lion. Maybe the birds flew because the flock leader decided to return home."
