एटोर्नी जनरल, ज़ी ई वाहनवती जी ने CBI से सम्बंधित फैसले पर सर्वोच्च न्यायलय में अपनी दलील दे कर फिलहाल के लिए स्टे आर्डर ("ठहरना" का आदेश ) प्राप्त कर लिया है | यह ज़रूरी भी है क्योंकि जैसा की उन्होंने अपनी दलील में कहा -- सीबीआई आज एक ६००० से भी अधिक लोगों से सुसजित संस्था है , जो की आज भी १००० से भी अधिक केस को जांच कर रही है | गुवाहाटी हाई कोर्ट के फैसले यह सब के सब , और करीब ९००० फैसले प्रभावित होंगे |     एटोर्नी जनरल जी का मुख्य नजरिया यह है की गुवाहाटी हाई कोर्ट ने जो प्रश्न किया था वोह ही गलत था, फिर उन्होंने एक त्रुटिपूर्ण आधार से आंकलन किया , और एक त्रुटिपूर्ण समाधान प्राप्त किया . जो की उनका फैसला बन गया |      भारतीय मूर्ख्तंत्र की दिक्कत यह है की हमारा मीडिया भी तर्क, वाद-विवाद को सही से समाचार में कभी दिखाते ही नहीं है | उनको तो बस भाषणों को दिखाने की लत लग चुकी है और तर्क, वाद-विवाद तो खुद उनके भी मस्तिष्क में घुसता नहीं है , इसको समाचार में दिखाने की आवश्यकता इनके सहज बोद्ध में नहीं आने वाली| यह क्या जन -जागृती लायेंगे | दिक्कत यह है की जनता का...

Why is there so much debate happening on the social media? What does it go on to reveal about us ?      Most of the debates, i observe, are hinging around a general ignorance pertaining to Sociological Theories , Laws and Justice. What sort of 'nation' are we ? someone who have not yet arrived at a common agreement among ourselves on what sort of 'india' we want to make? What would be our common acceptance of the Rights and Wrongs in out Justices, our ethos.             The debates, I notice, are highly boiling , often echoing in our hearts and minds for long time. As if the words and letters have pierced a hole into us, to burn our thoughts and emotions. There is a general confusion about the ' perfect world fallacy ', ' the fully just world ', ' the perfect world ', wherein there are two sorts of people who are actively existent trying to ride , each on the other one.       ऐसा लगता है की मानो भारतीय सभ्यता में कोई मनोरोग कई सदियों, कई पीढ़ियों से घर कर चुका है । हमारी भाषा , हमारे विचार या तो अतीत में फँस जाने की बीमारी से ग्रस्त है, या पुनरावृत-कथनी से । नहीं तो कुतर्क से, तर्क के विरूपण से । सत्य , स्पष्ट , और संतुलित विचार तो कर सकना जैसे की भारतीय नसल में एक असंभव योग है । बचपन से ही "स्मार्ट" बनने की चाहत में हम अपने बच्चों को अंसतुलित विचार की मानसिक क्रिया का आदि बना देते है । बचपन से ही हम इस तर्क मरोरण में अभ्यस्त होते हैं , और स्पष्ट विचार कहने में और सुनने में सनकोचते है ।     संसद में चल रही बहस को सुन कर मन में बहोत सारे विचार आते हैं। मुख्यतः खुद भारतीय होने की ग्लानी लगती है । आधे से ज्यादा वाचक तो उसी एक बात, एक विचार की पुनरावृत-कथनी करते सुनाई देते है । तकनिकी बिंदु तो शायद एक भी नहीं होता है । कैसे बनेंगी कार्य-पालक नीतिया इस देश में , सभी तो मानो सत्संगी विचारों में ही बात कर रहे होते है । इन विचारों को को क्रिया में बदल सकने के विचार तो जैसे किसी में हैं ही नहीं । सब के सब आ कर अपने "सत्संग" सुना जाते ...

                 Television debates are nowadays often running away into low-intelligence whenever any issue of a generalized public perception is coming up. The debating factions globule into two bigger chunks , one trying to assert why the generalized perception of the issue has to be taken based on that one single incident,; and the other big globule trying to protest the generalization of the observation that all people belonging to the group are not like that.   The philosophical knowledge which I feel has remained elusive with both the factions is about the human need for a Generalistion. Neither of the two factions honour  and identify generalization as a human need, to take up the rules for a valid generalization and then respond to each other as to what perception should be finally held valid by the viewers. In the entire drama, the force of the main topic is lost to be wasted away into the Generalisation validat...

Generalization of an Observation is a very natural instinct of man. It is an instinctive habit perhaps because it is connected with the survival techniques out in the wilds. The moment they see the birds sitting on loft trees fly away with a pandemonium of fear, the timid animals down below immediately generalize the observation with presence of a danger which has been experienced and trained in them through hunting episodes by a lion. This is instinctive , very closely related with the need for safety by every living organism.  But a philosopher or either a crook, both, might raise an argument on the birds-flying-away event isolating it with the past experience, and ask, "how can you say that the birds flew away because there is a lion. Maybe the birds flew because the flock leader decided to return home."
