Some guys are jestingly saying that the Suez Canal blockage by that large box ship happened because her Captain refused to give a small box of Marlboro as good-services compliment to the marine pilot who was suppose to help, virtually substitute as the Captain of the ship, and navigate the ship through the Canal .  Well, the trouble these days is that in all the socialists and the Communist countries , the professional services have all been turned into "paid jobs" which are controlled and operated by the Governments. Dear A###, I don't know whether you will take it in kind sense or not, but i really wish to enlighten you and the world about Tipping and the Bribery , and that it is Bribery which is fundamentally hurting to the society, not the tipping.   The laws pertaining to 'prohibition' on tipping are basically the bye-laws ( e.g. 'circular", departmental orders) but nothing of a statutory laws passed by any Parliamentary body, which are the law of the land.    Bye-laws or even the Parliamentary laws can be contested, as the need arrive, if somebody is being wronged because of such a law. As an employee of a any organization, our submission to such a law is NOT the ultimate proof of legitimacy of the bye- laws. People accept the submission for economic compulsions as well. I have a huge DISLIKING for those photographs of small kids which are showing them supporting any political groups (e.g. AAP, BJP,RSS) in all of their innocence.    Aren't the grownups, the adults suppose to teach the small children HOW TO KNOW the right from the wrong, INSTEAD OF teaching what is right and what is wrong. From this school of thought, a small kid supporting a political outfit is reminiscent of brainwashing carried out on him instead of the awakening of a conscience within him.   Small kids are expected to be pure, unbiased and innocent(not having Full-awakened conscience). Politics is a large activity which requires immense sense of justice and an application of conscience. How on earth should small children be expected to have cultivated these at their tender age.
