गौर करने की बात है की इस सरकार में निरंतर, एक के बाद एक , एक्शन किये जा रहे है जो की euphoria (उत्सव, जुलूस जैसा माहौल) के साथ हो रहे है। surgical strikes, अब FICN ₹500/1000 के चलन नोटों पर पाबन्दी, वगैरह। जबकि अपनी समीक्षा में यह सब कार्यवाही जनता में पहुंचाई गयी बातों से कही दूर,  एक अर्धसत्य साबित हो रही है। सोचने की बात है की रणनीति क्या है इनकी ? क्या यह की, झूठ बोलो, तो ज़ोर से बोलो, बार बार बोलो तब तक बोलो जब तक की वह सच न मान लिया जाये euphoria फैलाने से क्या मकसद सधता हैं ?? शायद यह की जनता के एक वर्ग में ,खास कर भक्त वर्ग में , यह आभास बना रहता है की सब ठीक है, अब सब ठीक हो जायेगा । शेक्सपियर के नाटक जूलियस सीज़र में राजनीति और जुलूसों का यह सबंध खूब दिखाया गया है। एक रोमन कूट (धूर्त) शासक ने कहा भी था की अगर जनता को रोटी नहीं दे सकते हो तो सर्कस ही दे दो। यह मुद्दों को और भूख को , दोनों ही भूल जायेंगे। आखिर ग्लैडिएटर और अम्फिठेटर का निर्माण ऐसे ही कूटनैतिक कारणों से ही करवाया गया था। मकसद था, जनता को उल्लू बनाना।

एक क्ष्रेष्ठ संविधान की खासियत यह नहीं  है की एक चाय वाले को प्रधामंत्री बना देता है ; क्ष्रेष्ठ संविधान की खासियत यह होती है कि वह चाय बेचने या किसी भी छोटे कामगार के व्यक्ति को भी जीवनयापन आवश्यक उसके शिक्षा , भोजन  के वह अधिकार दिलवा सके कि प्रत्येक व्यक्ति मानसिक,नैतिक, बौद्धिक सक्षम हो जाये की बड़ी आबादी और क्षेत्रफल देश का सम्मानित प्रधानमंत्री बन सके । मात्र चायवाले का प्रधानमंत्री बन जाना वह भी बिना क़ाबलियत के ,  यह तो संविधान की विफलता का प्रमाण है  की असामाजिक मानसिकता वाले गुंडे,  या फिर शिक्षा विहीन वाले अशिक्षित , असक्षम लोग देश के ऊँचे पदों पर सवार हो जा रहे हैं ।
