Some guys are jestingly saying that the Suez Canal blockage by that large box ship happened because her Captain refused to give a small box of Marlboro as good-services compliment to the marine pilot who was suppose to help, virtually substitute as the Captain of the ship, and navigate the ship through the Canal .  Well, the trouble these days is that in all the socialists and the Communist countries , the professional services have all been turned into "paid jobs" which are controlled and operated by the Governments. Democracy as a system is not meant for two class of people - the farmers and the soldiers .  (Actually the soldiers are just an extended job of the farmers of the olden era of mankind.) The system of Democracy is simply not designed for the agriculturalists class -- this includes all such people who do NOT engage in the Market activities for earning their means of suvival. It is not that the agricultural produce is not required by the society , but then the method of transacting the produce by socialist means is just what the Democracy despises. These are the people who have failed to create a space for themselves in markets. Anyone who fails to create the market-space is surely going to be a loser in the Democractic system of Governance.

The contractors pick the half-baked railways contracts and make profit by exploiting the labour under sub-standard work conditions. As a result , when dis-hygiene comes around, the bureaucracy, instead of auditing on the labour conditions, employs the tactics of marketing through the powerful ministers and influential celebrities that the people should do the brooming by themselves.! Labour exploitation -->buisness profits--> marketing --> vote politics ....An unimaginable poisonous cocktail where all the wrong is happening, and yet no one is responsible.
