Defects in the Constitution - its inability to eradicate Partiality and Discrimination

Societies crack up, when the  justice takes partiality, and the administration becomes discriminatory.
The big irony and a defect of the Constitution remains that although it is written under the leadership of those who faught against systemic partiality and discrimination, yet it has failed to guarantee these values within the Indian governance systems.
