नौकशाही के आगे सर्वोच्च न्यायालय की भी नही चलती है जब नौकरशाही एक संग मिल कर मूर्खता की चादर ओढ़े कुछ करती हैं।

रात के 2 बजे सीबीआई निर्देशक आलोक वर्मा को जबरन पद निरस्त करने का आदेश निकाला गया है जबकि सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के फैसलों के अनुसार निर्देशक का कार्यकाल 2 सालों के लिए सुनिश्चित (guaranteed) है।

यह है नौकरशाही का असली दम सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के फैसलों के आगे।

Semantics and the mental aptitude in the matters of law

It is in accordance with the flow of logic, the principles of natural justice and in all the democractic laws that the one who is presenting a claim has also to bear the burden to prove that claim. But there is a catch in this.
