Viewing the probelms of Law Court from the eyes of a software programmer

Have.you ever seen the problems of Law and justice from the eyes of a Computer Programmer?

Maybe ,this is how they will look 

1) *Write a computer program* ( ~Create a jurisprudence~) that GRANTS or REJECTS the applications seeking permission for the exploitation of water, electricity, the use of public roads, and space for the celebration of their festival by people of all religions, WITHOUT hurting the feelings of anyone 

2) *Write a computer program* ( ~Create a jurisprudence~) that REJECTS the applications seeking permission for the exploitation of water, electricity, the use of public roads, and space for the celebration of their festival by people of all religions , EXCEPT HINDUISM , without hurting the feelings of anyone 

3) *Write a computer program* ( ~Create a jurisprudence~) that GRANTS the applications seeking permission for the exploitation of water, electricity, the use of public roads, and space for the celebration of their festival by people of all religions, AND YET SUCCEEDS in achieving the conservation (of natural resources) objective, without hurting the feelings of anyone

गरीब की गरीबी , सेंसेक्स और मुद्रा बाज़ार

क्या हैसियत होनी चाहिए एक दहाड़ी वाले मजदूर की ? क्या यह ५ साल की बच्ची के साथ दुराचार एक निचले तपके में घटी एक घटना मात्र है या यह एक असली सूचक है हमारी राजनीतिक व्यवस्था , प्रजातंत्र , और अंततः हमारी अर्थव्यवस्था का , भले ही सेंसेक्स का सूचकांक कितनो ही ऊपर क्यों न उछाल ले ले ? दिल्ली पुलिस के कुछ लोग मानते है की वह हर एक ३०-४० सदस्यी मजदूरी कर के जीवन जीने वाले परिवार पर नज़र नहीं रख सकते की किसकी मानसिक स्थिति क्या है, कौन व्यक्ति क्या अपराधिक विचार सजों रहा है । सही है , अर्थव्यवस्था प्रजातंत्र नाम की राजनैतिक व्यवस्था का पैमाना होता है । और अर्थव्यवस्था के मौजूदा युग में पैमाना है देश का GDB , और मुद्रा बाज़ार में सेंसेक्स का विस्तार । यह सूचकांक यह दर्शाता है, (एक लक्षण के तौर पर , प्रमाण के तौर पर नहीं ), की देश में कितना व्यवसाय , कितना कारोबार हो रहा है । इसके आगे का दृष्टिकोण, और theory कुछ यूँ है कि -- जितना अधिक कारोबार होगा , उतना अधिक लोगों की आय होगी और उतना अधिक देश समृद्ध होगा ।   मगर जैसा के कहा , यह सूचकांक महज़ एक सूचकाँ होता है , कोई ठोस प्रमाण नहीं । यानि अ
