I have a feeling, that, the economic systems are designed such as to give their best only when working with the associated political and the legal systems that are genuinely democratic by nature. It may not be possible to eradicate poverty,  to cure epidemic diseases , to provide gainful employment , the social security , the happiness , etc to the people unless the public governance systems are genuinely democratic by their nature . Coercion, whether by state authorities , or by any other means , is sure to bring failures in the economy.

भारत की समस्याओं का जड़ अच्छी अर्थनीति की कमी नही है, बल्कि तमाम नीतियों की implementability में खामियां है। इस जड़ को पैदा करने वाली और संरक्षण देने वाली जननी माता है -- भारत की नौकरशाही; जो की अपना स्थान, और शक्ति प्राप्त करती है खुद भारत के संविधान से, UPSC नामक संवैधानिक संस्थान से। बात को दोहराते हुए एक बार फ़िर मुआयना करते हैं कि कहां क्या गलतियां हुईं आज़ादी के बाद हमारे देश के प्रशासन तंत्र में। सर्वप्रथम यह कि प्रजातंत्र, और तमाम अन्य किस्म की राजनैतिक प्रशासनिक व्यवस्थाओं को हमारे तत्कालीन "बुद्धिजीवियों" ने सही से समझा ही नही। इसमें ग़लत हुआ है, हालांकि उनकी ग़लती नही कही जा सकती है। कारण- की सब ही प्रत्यय हमारे यहां पर आयात करके लाये गए हैं, यहां भारत के अपने सामाजिक और आर्थिक इतिहास की धरोहर कम ही हैं आधुनिक भारत के प्रशासन को चलाने में सहायक किसी भी पाठ को रचने के लिए; और न ही हमारे इतिहास ने हमारे पास विकल्प दिया कि हम कुछ अन्य को प्रयोग करके तसल्ली कर सकें। (अब यह कटुसत्य वचन पढ़ कर हो सकता है कि आप में से बहुतों को खराब लगेगा, मगर सत्य को नतमस्तक हो कर स्वीकार कर...

Regarding Psychopaths, the understanding given in the wikipedia and also various Literature from the professional association of the practising Psychologists is that Psychopaths are people who RUN AFTER THE SUCCESS such that they don't take any self-adopted stopover in their deeds , and decisions. This , the psychologists , explain is due to the absence/developmental troubles of the basic 'organ'  available in the human being which helps every man judge the Right and the wrong by himself. This is what the Sceince and the laws yet don't know much about , although they admit the existence of it , and call it by a name 'Conscience', a name which have been awarded to the organ by various religious systems. So, a Psychopath is basically a Conscience less person. This discussion leads the Psychologists to describe as to what the Conscience is like. Socialism क्या है ? There is one thing I have made observation of, from my background of receiving "divine education" 🤪😃 from CMS, and then later have interactions with people from other parts of our country as well as people from many other countries  of the world , That, there is a spiritual sense and an existential need of the being, which is at the heart of formation of a civilized and progressed society .
