The price of Overstepping the lines of Morality in pursuit of Realpilitik

India has a history,

That the people have never been able to recognise the imminent danger IN RIGHT TIME, and have never succeeded in putting aside their mutual differences to make joint efforts to save the nation from that danger.

Such bad has been our actions and it's affect on our MUTUAL TRUST in times of peace. 

History has amply shown that 
TRUST that was destroyed while doing petty politics to annihilate the opposition rivals when it was peace in the nation, 
Could never be built when the enemy came to take us over by inflicting  a war.

This has always been the price of Overstepping the lines of Morality and Ethics while indulging in realpilitik and going extra lenght to annihilate the opposition.

Semantics and the mental aptitude in the matters of law

It is in accordance with the flow of logic, the principles of natural justice and in all the democractic laws that the one who is presenting a claim has also to bear the burden to prove that claim.
