भाजपाइयों ने एक साथ दोस्ती और दुश्मनी का ऐसा ताना बाना बुन है की आम आदमी अगर इनके तर्कों को बिना अपनी अंतरात्मा के प्रयोग से सुलझाये पकड़ेगा तब वह व्यक्तिगत जीवन में एक बुद्धिहीन मनुष्य बन कर विकसित होगा।   अधिकांश भारतीयों को भी यही समस्या है। हमारी वर्तमान संस्कृति में तर्कों का एक विचित्र ताना बाना बंधा हुआ है जिसमे जन्म ले रहे नवजात बड़े होते होते अपने अन्दर की सृजन क्षमता को खो देते हैं, अंतर्मन को नष्ट कर देते हैं, माया और भ्रम के जाल में पल-बड़ कर उनके बौद्धिक गुण ख़त्म हो चुके होते हैं।    इस विरोधाभासी ताने बाने के अस्तित्व को हम सभी पहचानते भी हैं। इस ताने बाने को कभी तो हम लोग अपनी गंगा जमुनी सभ्यता बुलाते हैं, कभी करोड़ों देवी दवताओं वाला प्राचीन धर्म, कभी हमारी धार्मिक, संस्कृति और राष्ट्रिय विविधता , और कभी हमारा विश्व का सबसे विशाल संविधान।    जहाँ यह विरोधाभासी ताना बाना हमारी अस्तित्व बनाये रखने का सबसे बड़ा गुण हैं, वही यही ताना-बाना हमारी बुद्धि पर पड़ा सबसे बड़ा पर्दा है जो हमे दार्शनिक रूप में विकास करने में बाँधा बन रहा है।    भाजपा के कुछ एक विरोधाभासी हथकंडों पर...

Dear A###, I don't know whether you will take it in kind sense or not, but i really wish to enlighten you and the world about Tipping and the Bribery , and that it is Bribery which is fundamentally hurting to the society, not the tipping.   The laws pertaining to 'prohibition' on tipping are basically the bye-laws ( e.g. 'circular", departmental orders) but nothing of a statutory laws passed by any Parliamentary body, which are the law of the land.    Bye-laws or even the Parliamentary laws can be contested, as the need arrive, if somebody is being wronged because of such a law. As an employee of a any organization, our submission to such a law is NOT the ultimate proof of legitimacy of the bye- laws. People accept the submission for economic compulsions as well. Have we accounted out all possibilities for the next slaughtering of the Anti-Incumbency wave ?     Kejriwal's defeat will be a sure sign of the revival of the Congress. How many of us realize this. What's more ironic is that Kejriwal's struggle against the BJP is also going ti set the power game in favour of the third player-which again is Congress.   I believe and assume that the larger section of Kejriwal's following are the Congress converts. The only reasonable cause of their disenchantment with congress was the extreme Corruption, and the excessive Appeasement factor which resulted into a blatant anti-national conduct of the ministers.
