The Civil Code which we want to be made Uniform , meaning that Civil Code should be applied in the same manner to every citizen in the country ..refers toa collection of laws in regard to Marriage, Divorce, Inheritance, Succession of property, religious affairs , etc. Since Democracy by its ver nature have been about pluralism, such laws have started to become pluralistically accepted by the courts and constitutions in many other democratic societies. IT MUST BE EMPHASISED THAT THE CIVIL CODES are different from the CRIMINAL CODE , which remain HOMOGENOUS ALREADY in all the democratic countries. The CRIMINAL CODES are a collection of laws which deal with crimes as Homicide, Evidencing, Adultry, Nuisance, Torts laws. The problem would have been tremendous had Lord Cornwallis not worked to remove the laws which prevailed at the times the Moghuls were ruling in India. The Sharia Laws in regard to Crime, Evidencing are something which are not globally accepted. The larger set of democratic countries accept the Brtish Legal and Judicial System which by efforts of Lord Hastings and Lord Cornwallis got adopted within the Indian land too , in the form of Indian Evidencing Act. The specific areas of differences are that Evidencing within the Sharia Law is compeletely by EYEWITNESS -that too, a precise, undoubtful one-- and it dismisses out space for HUMAN LOGIC to work in the form of INEVITABLE LOGICAL CONCLUSION. भाई , एक आईडिया आया है की कैसे कोई कुटिल , महा धूर्त पॉलिटिशियन जनता से आने वाले सुधार के प्रेशर को तोड़ सकता है । 1) सबसे पहले तो बिगड़ी हुई एक व्यवस्था की नीव डालिए , उसमे सुधर की गुंजाइश की उम्मीद डलवा कर । २) अगर कोई आपत्ति भी ले की इस तंत्र में इतनी  गलतियाँ हैं , तब उनको यह झंसन दीजिये की देखो इसमें सुधार की गुंजाईश हैं । भविष्य में धीरे धीरे इसे हम दुर्सुत कर देंगे । ३) फिर जब समयकाल में महंगाई इतनी बढ़ा दो की जनता को प्रशासनिक सुधार मांगने का समय ही न मिले । अगर कोई समय निकालने की कोशिश करे तो वह भूखा मर जाये , महंगाई से । वरना वह भ्रष्टाचार करने के लिए मजबूर हो जाये , और फिर जब खुद भी हाथ काले कर ले तब उसका कलेजा ही न बचे की वह सुधार यह इमानदारी के लिए कोई जंग लड़ सके । ४) फिर धीरे धीरे लोगों को आईडिया दो की गलत को खत्म करने के लिए गलत का सहारा लेना ही पड़ता हैं । इस आईडिया पर कुछ और लोग कुछ न कुछ गलत करके अपना ज़मीर गिरवी रख देंगे और फिर ठन्डे पड़ जायेंगे । ५) एक आध बार गलत तरीके से सही काम भी कर दिया करो , जिससे की बाकी बाख सिविल सोसाइटी भी टूट जाये की गलत तरीके से यदि सही काम ...
