Which class of people can be aptly called as "Cattle" ?

A cattle ,more honestly speaking, is the one who doesn't have control over his mind , his thoughts, his words and his actions. The one who acts out of a compulsive behaviour is truely worth being labelled a cattle. Someone who is driven by opinions conposed by someone else,, sees others  from an imagery drawn by someone else, he is in real sense a cattle . 

The one who cannot overcome the sweeping perception of his mind to uncontrollably see every other person as belonging to a certain malevolent category , such a person genuinely is the one who deserves to labelled as " a cattle" .

interestingly, the follow up lines of "satyam bruyat" reveal the inspiration of when and where to "not to speak the truth", "priyam brutyat प्रियं ब्रूयात् . !!!!! And they expect us to accept their "satyam", whose property is that it is compromisable, accepted to be concealing  or misleading ... It is still "truth" as per them !!
