 Axxxxxx:  Having an opinion about a government official just basis a fwd msg is incorrect. Assumption should not be made on the basis of scanty information. 

Hopefully DGS investigation report about this incident is made public for all of us to know the truth and what mitigation measures have been taken by them to prevent this in future



Even the UKHO and the Mariner's Handbook doesn't want the Mariners to place as much reliance on the information that they supply, as much as you want us to depend of the DGS investigation report ! 🤦‍♂

So, don't read it like , "Assumptions are not allowed to be made ..."
