Criminal Courts
The judiciary is divided along the lines of Nature of case they deal with - Civil, Criminal or Revenue



And along the lines of territorial distribution, with respect to the size of population of the place which they are going to give their service to - City or Metropolitan

Hence, the lower Criminal Courts are divided as follows as per the Criminal 
Constitution of criminal courts are per territorial division



The power of the court is also defined in the CrPC Code, which is summaried as below
